Rebecca's Aix uses wonderful fabrics and textiles to create stylish and individual handmade bags, cushions and accessories. I combine antique, vintage and new fabrics such as Liberty prints, to bring pieces to life. I love using vintage grain sacks or flour sacks which can be made of either hemp or linen. The grainsack's beauty lies in the texture and weave of the fabric, its age adds a certain softness and character.

I enjoy collecting fabric from all over the world but especially from France. Each item comes with a little story hand-written on a paper luggage tag about where I found the fabric and its previous life.

Commissions can be undertaken for individual customers and interior designers, so if you have a particular colour, style or project in mind, please get in touch. Also, please note that sometimes not all the items I sell at fairs are listed in my shop. Do contact me if you would like to purchase something you saw at a fair.
